Help Can you change the formation of the reserves?

No you can’t and in my experience even the preferred formation of your Assman makes no difference and the reserves always just play 442.

Mine play the assistant's preferred setup which is 4-1-2-2-1.

On a Spurs save (I didn't start with them) the reserves play a 3-2-3-2 (5-3-2).

So there are different shapes used.
