Help How to find daniel maldini

So I started a save to manage a random nation. At the end I chose venezuela because they never have made it to the World Cup. After 1 year At Real Madrid I finally got the job. But it looks like I can’t find daniel maldini anywhere. He is part Venezuelan (because of his mom) but I can’t find him anywhere. I didn’t load Italian leagues but still I can’t find him in the milan squad at all. Is there a way to find him? Searching in the transfer market doesn’t work either.
