Help Need a higher standard to improve further

Hi, I'm quite new (around 2 months?) in FMM and I'm trying to start doing some challange, in this case I'm trying 1kc challenge. 

 

This is my player of choice :

We're halfway thru the season and he is developing nicely.

But he is quite a problem kid, he is unprofessional, always over-confident, and sometimes he find it hard to get excited about a match. And now in his 'training' page he is shown as this :

 

 

Does it mean he needs to get transferred to another team/league to improve? Am I need to abandon this save and trying other player? 

 

Well he is not the only problem kid in this save, I'm trying to build a young Spanish team to prepare for NT job, this is his problematic teammate :

He is also unprofessional, low work rate, and slacking. 

 

So any ideas? Do I need to start over with another player?

The mentorship already end and no change at the player... 

 

Well at least he still banging goals, for now 😅 and he develop normally in European matches, less so in league/domestic Cup.
