Help Dealing with 'enigmatic' player

Any advice on successfully managing enigmatic or very enigmatic players like Balotelli, Ravel Morrison etc?

I'm trying to change their traits by mentoring their regens with positive players but no success.

I even made sure the club's dynamics green on every aspect so is there any other way I can try?

Just let them play a match, but put them in the gk position. Make sure that they have a 4 point rating when the match is over, then discipline them. Eh, im often use this trick to make their traits normal.
