Tactics 4-5-1 Tiki Taka 90% win

I have tried this tactic for several seasons. In the Turkish league and in the Bundesliga. For this purpose, I used a classic 4-5-1 system to dominate the midfield and the game. 
 

Important for this is that you have fast wingers who can flank well. Your CM‘s should have a good passing game.In addition, your striker should be robust and have a good shooting.

Wasn't great.
