Help How To Win a Match w/ Tiki-Taka in Lower League?

Hello Everyone!

This is my first topic, if there is a wrong meaning of the word, i'm sorry because i use google translate.

First of all, i really like to play FM with low league team and take team to high league. But I really like this tactic, namely the tiki taka guardiola tactic. Which is where I want to apply this tactic to all the teams I coach. But the results are not always good, I've changed my tactics a little and try to understand the role of players and the preferred moves of each player so that it can suit the player. But still the results are not always good.

I've tried with the tactics template from fm and used some tactics from the uploaders who gave these tips, but still the results are not satisfactory.

So, my question is:

  1. How can I apply this tactic and adapt it to the player?
  2. What should I look for to maximize this tactic?
  3. What should I look for in player attributes?
  4. What role player is most compatible with tiki taka?

And here are some photos of my formation and tactics.

Finally, I say thank you for those who read this topic and who helped me on this topic.

Well with my little experience I can say that

That tactic is wayyy to narrow

Get an inside forward in there use wing backs.

Anchor man ain't actually advisable (at least I've never had any kind of success with it)

Change one of IW with IF. And change the AP in IW's side to BBM. Even Barca irl always use IF (Messi). If should have high shooting, pace, movement, and dribbling than IW.

Find midfield players with high Passing, creativity, stamina, and Decision.

Change DLF maybe to AF.

Anchor too defensive I think, maybe change to RP (for weaker team) or BWM (against stronger team)

I never use discipline, change to balance/expressive.

For CB, make sure your BPD have high passing, decision and positioning, if don't its better to just use CB.

Some things to try
