Help How to Sell loyal player/player that loves your club so much

Can anyone help me with how to sell loyal player or player that loves his club (also some have the club as their favoured club)? I've been trying selling many times with some players and only few of them manages to be sold with decent or on par with market value. Some I sell with super low value like 5/10/15 million. But the loyal but declining from peak players at aged of 27 is so stubborn to move.

Question - do you mean that (1) you receive a decent / good offer for that player, but (2) your player declines to move / chooses to stay?

If yes - then (after receiving a good bid, but before accepting the bid!) I will:

• demote them to the reserves,
• use the player talks to try to demotivate them,
• and maybe I’ll transfer list them

That usually works for me 👍
