Help Please recommand tactic

Now i play Southampton.

 

Use 4231tatctics, continued to lose and be replaced.

 

Currently use 4321, play 5games 3win 2lose.

Recommand more better tactics

Uninstall that game and pray that fmm23 will be more friendly, or download editor and boost your team and use any tactic.

 

Or just forget plug and play and watch higlights and tweak during games because one tactic won't work.

One tactic definitely worked for me on All FM mobile editions since 2019 

plug and play still works on FMM22 just have to use the right tactic

I've tried it before and just given it a 20 game run on the new version and almost got sacked.
