I've been away for a while. A new kid and a job hunt have been the main culprits.  Quite a while ago, I commented on another Conte-inspired tactic that it didn't play like his teams, despite being the right shape on paper.  Designing a tactic that both played like a Conte team, and was actually good enough to be enjoyable took a long while.
