Is there a way that regens can come back exactly the same way they were with attributes and stats before they retired? Sometimes they are not as good as they were before retiring.

Most regents have poor work rate and/or professionalism. That's why.

Oh I know the reason. It’s just really annoying. Guess not all youngsters have the right mentality to succeed
