Is International Management exclusive to FMFC members now or can it still be unlocked in game by winning a tournament? The menu screen says its exclusive but the achievement for unlocking it is still listed in the game.

Definitely worth it for me, a) for the latest transfers, but b) lots of little things that I like:

• 5 subs
• Development hub is growing on me
• Board feedback is better
• Team talks actually isn't bad - I normally don't change it, but you get more info on what your players are thinking and can influence them if you want to
• Coaches have ability rating - not physios or scouts, just coaches and not sure if it's used, but hope so
• You can talk to players on loan at your club now if you want to tell them they played well or poorly
• You can search for player transfer listed by the club (generally cheaper) vs transfer listed by request (higher price).
• Some more flexibility around appointing mentors - in 22 with only 4 players who could mentor a player I sometimes I had to sell players just to get a player matched with a mentor I wanted them to have, but now much easier to match them
• Being able to set a manager pic is such a gimmick, but... I like it! 😀

I see others have had bugs, but I haven't run into anything major. There are a few places were it seems like backward steps were made, like the retraining screen (doesn't show aptitude for positions), don't like so many all caps all over the place, and as much as I like the concept of the youth squad, it doesn't really do anything much (just smoke and mirrors). 

Some people will look at 23 and say "same game, nothing much changed, not worth it" and that's not necessarily wrong - there's no new leagues, no new roles, not much in the way of chance to the match engine, etc, but... these little things make it a better game for me and it would be hard to go back to 22 now (for me).

I'm sure you'll be able to unlock (but haven't done so yet). I think the exclusive part is that members get it for free without having to wait to unlock it or pay for it.

Oh my, just learned of this from someone on the SI Games forums - if you click on the player's personality in the personal screen (ie "Demanding" in the screenshot below), it pops up with more details. Went and checked 22 and it didn't do it then, so this is just another of those small improvements they put in 23:

Haha, I'm never gonna use that, but I remember seeing someone ask for it on the SI Games forum and Marc said "I'll put in in next year" and sure enough, there it is. Which goes to show it's worth raising things over there...

Also, if you want to turn off team talks it’s in a weird place. I’d have thought it would be under manager options but it’s under settings:

I was excited for the IF behavior change, but I have to say it's been way overdone. Put a WM behind them and now they just stand on top of each other. I haven't seen an IF come inside except for free kicks. 

 

Anyone else having a different experience?

I have seen some ppl say the game is too expensive. The solution is PLAN AHEAD! Go download the Google Opinion Rewards app and start saving. I ended up only paying abt 4pounds/4.80usd for the game. WORTH!

Why is Lukaku still OP? 
 

Over the years wherever he is, whatever league/team he plays, every game he plays like Haaland on speed. I’m playing as Roma, and in 15  games he’s scored 20 goals, and just added 3 more against me. For comparison Haaland only has 15 so far. Even last year at Chelsea he was league top scorer by a wide wide margin 😂.

 

Why don’t the makers of this game just be honest about him, and stop making him play like R9.

I came on to mention this, great little add for me, especially if torn between 2 players, I was a big fan of the relationship tab on 22 so this has developed upon on that for me.

Like you mentioned before it's the little adds and tweaks that have much improved 23. Still not found how to do a team talk yet though 🙈 and it is enabled in the settings!

Yeah great point that I didn't make clear before - you can check this out with any player in the game. That's right, you can see a player's personality traits including info about hidden attributes WITHOUT scouting them. Massive.

There are quite a few of these little things this year, can't remember any other year with so many.

It's just the first screen directly after hitting the go to match button. Here's what I see:

First, it shows me how all the players are feeling and I can either Confirm and go to the game or I can press the Team Talk button:

 

If I choose Team Talk, I get to choose my approach, In this case Relaxed to calm them down:

 

And this is the result (what can I say, I'm a good manipulator of emotions manager):

 

Most of the time I skip that and just hit confirm, but it can be really helpful when the players aren't right in the head before a game.

I feel like this is a stupid question but is there any mechanism where I can play FMM on PC and then continue on mobile?  

I dont think so as the saves are local i believe but it would be cool if they could do this in a future version

I use https://www.vysor.io/ to cast my (Android) phone to my PC. The game actually runs on the phone (so no drama with continuing there later), but I see it on my PC monitor and control it with mouse and keyboard.

The only downside with that is that you will probably need to buy the pro version as the resolution of the free version is pretty low. I think it's USD$40 so a lot of people will baulk at that, but so worth it for me, been using it for 3 or 4 years now, so got my money's worth!

I've had issues after uploading my mega facepacks ... I uploaded kits and logos and it took just a min to get to the frontpage from here but after installing player faces , it takes 17 minutes to get to the frontpage from here😂😂... Freakin' Patience 😪

Funny enough the pack is just 750mb so what if it's 1gb 😂...

 

Have you had issues like this after installing player faces ???

Place it in Android/data/com.sega.soccer.eleven/graphics instead of in Documents

"Move To Reserves" in the player profile, if there's no such button, it's probably because your reserves team is full, try releasing some players from your reserves.

Anyone has an idea on how to get the kit packs
