Chat Retrain DM into CD?

Hi Guys, i got this young DM on my youth intake but I don't use a DM on my tactic, is he good enough to be retrained as CD, or should i just sell him eventually?

Havent buy FM23 yet, but for regents, normally we can't know his potential, but you can know his aptitude for new role (if he could learn new role or not).

If his aptitude is at least reasonable, he'll be able to learn new role. If it isn't, he can train at CM.

Wait wait the edit didn't get saved 😅

Found out that in current game (FM23) the Aptitude thing is gone. So sadly can't give any advice - wait for the ones that already download new game to comment.
