Chat Loaning out difficulty

Hello,

 

anyone else finding it harder to loan out your young talent in this year’s version?

 

I used to be able to fill my reserve squad with potential superstars and loan them out for a year or two before promoting them or moving them on. However, in this version, I offer lots of players out on loan and add to loan list, but then only about 20% actually receive offers… and typically it’s not the ones I really want to get match experience!

Tried:

Promoting to first team and then offering 

Play them a few games in 1st team, then offer

Neither seem ti make a difference

My suggestion is turn on the option " Offer Reserves players for load" in Manager Option page. 

And I will also to turn on load contract confirm option this page, too.

Your AM will help you to loan young player out.

Thanks for that tip!

My nervousness however is that my assistant might include buy-out clauses and that’s not something I want in my loan contracts for my youngsters!

For this, you may try to put loan player with "not for sale". Not sure whether it works.

It's clearly easier this year. I always get my full reserve team loan out

If you are struggling, have you tried getting an affiliate club?

Half the time the board only find ones in lower league but on occasion you will find one in a league with a reasonable standard that your players will accept moves to.

Yep done that the last few versions of the game. Best I’ve had so far on this save is a Scottish Championship team and a Dutch 2nd division team.

 

60% of my reserve players are at those clubs sadly and not progressing much.

Are you doing anything special? Are they in your first team and then you move them into reserves? Or are they already in your reserves?

 

Which team do you manage? If it’s a A1 team, I guess this make it easier. I’m not…

Yes! My Tottenham reserve team is all over the world 😂
