I’ve been experimenting with strikerless formations. I’ve found this variation seems to work best. The trequarista gets a lot of goals.

I find retraining your strikers for the shadow striker roll works well, the trequarista needs good dribbling stats.

Stats through all seasons with forest are using this exact formation. Obviously you need a deep squad to compete on all fronts, rotating each match, but after 5 seasons it won the Quadruple

Trovo che riqualificare i tuoi attaccanti per il tiro dell'attaccante ombra funzioni bene, il trequarista ha bisogno di buone statistiche di dribbling.

Le statistiche di tutte le stagioni con la foresta utilizzano questa formazione esatta. Ovviamente serve una rosa profonda per competere su tutti i fronti, ruotando ogni match, ma dopo 5 stagioni ha vinto il Quadruplo 

It seems exaggerated for Nottingham all those players with that talent. You have certainly used editor by changing values. The tactic is thus overvalued and doped.

I use Moukoko in bvb and he is not a skilled SS in that position.

Haha. No editor used. Try it for yourself before you make assumptions!

the players were all signed and developed and facilities upgraded. I’ve been playing FM for years (mobile and full version) so I know how to scout, sign and develop..

He’s not doing bad so far this season!

i giocatori sono stati tutti ingaggiati e sviluppati e le strutture sono state aggiornate. Gioco a FM da anni (versione mobile e completa) quindi so come esplorare, firmare e sviluppare..

Did the 5 seasons of improving results not give you some indication that this was a prolonged experiment, and not an overnight success?

No dear, I have not seen the date, I was in good faith. On the phone to see I have to enlarge screens. There have been some users who have posted tactics with editors. I went biased.

Going to give this a go, will report back when I'm 20 games in.

Thinking of giving this a try but just wondering if there is any little in game tweaks you make? When losing for example

Second season finished, so close to finishing in the top 4 but a lack of squad depth ruined me. Actually I changed some of the tactics because possession was an issue and the WBs weren't performing due to a lack of width. Still no cup glory!
