Career Road to 4k - 1k ✅️ 2k✅️ 3k✅️

So I started my very first save a few weeks ago.

Haven't been fully screenshotting all the way through but the development of endrick has been incredible. 

No end to what he might end up scoring.

Yes I am playing in Scotland with celtic so it should be easy enough.

I am still playing about with formation but so far so good.

I've attached all the screenshot I've taken along the way but only really realised that 2k is probably achievable so will try and update more often.

As this was my 1st save I've been unlocking achievements as I go.

Only just unlocked sugar daddy and new stadium. So obviously we've moved to the Endrick Arena.

3K for sure mate. I've found this years version pretty close to last years one. 

I started a career with Tezgal, got 3 seasons in and had this:

I stopped there though as I'm doing another save testing a challenge I'm gonna make. Might come back to it, not sure yet. 

Anyway, you're off to a great start and I'm pretty sure it's only gonna get better. My money is on you reaching 3K. 😀

If I was settled on a set formation I reckon 3k is achievable but I am still kind of playing around. Has definitely cost me many goals already.

Woooow. I've played in Holland about 5 seasons on a save I was testing tactics out on and didn't break 100 goals once. I've been tempted to start a career but back to the drawing board after seeing this 😆

They'll just say the usual "editor". They don't seem to understand that you can clearly see when someone has used the editor as you can't get rid of the icon once you make any changes to the database.

Update, of sorts

 

Well this has thrown a spanner in the works!!!!

Both keepers retired after season update and left me with no fit choice to play in goals.

Conceded every shot they had in semi final so ended up coming 4th and they sacked me.

 

The ironic thing is the 2 keepers that retired are favourite for the job.

Hate how they spilt the world Cup over 2 seasons!!!

Least went our with a bang. 20 more in total at the world Cup for endrick

I don't know if I did anything wrong, but I also start a save with Bas Dost as mentor. Endrick went from 8/9 to 12 under his mentoring, but when I tried to mentor him for the second time I'm forced to stop it since their mentality affected with bad relationship.

Use Tom Elliott as mentor but start with any other best hidden attribute mentor cancel it 2 times and finally use Tom Elliott. And start with young  striker who has 12-13 Aerial at the start so despite u cancel mentoring still it is easy to reach atleast 15 Aerial at the end of the season.

If you start with young striker with 12/13 starting aerial, ofc it's easy to reach 15 aerial by end of season. 

Also, @deepheat83was your Endrick never got 'Development has plateaued'? Mine got this for most part of his 17, now almost end of season and he's stuck at this 🤨

Who u used as Endrick's mentor ? 

and look at @deepheat83he played lesser games with Endrick in 1st 2 season. Make sure ur striker doesn't play in any UEFA Championship game in 1st 2 to 3 season.. u r not going to win in UEFA so don't waste ur strikers stamina in UEFA games. Rest him properly . And use very good hidden attribute mentor even decent poacher is ok. And ur mentore should have atleast 15 + leadership quality also .

I tried new mentor for him, usually I used Carillo/Jutkiewicz/Giroud/Quagriarella for Striker (FMM22) but tried Bas Dost for current save. His aerial increased by 3 under his mentoring 

He already train normally after new season and having birthday. 

Should I find him another aerial mentor or just let him train by himself? I don't know if I should post the career in the forum though.

If further mentoring allowed than use any striker with good 16+ Aerial..or start new career i dont think he will go past 14+ Aerial from now .. if u want to continue than change his Training to TF only untill he reach 15 + Aerial dont change it before .
