How are you getting these guys no bother?

I've got a save with Celtic at the moment and my 2 strikers are Spanish,

Didn't get work permit for either after countless efforts.

Had to sign them both on loan eventually.

Managed to get 1 in permanently over the winter window but the other one is still on loan.

Any tips on how to get past the work permit issue???

I sign 3 players who need work permit 2 striker and 1 LW before signing permanently i also sign them at starting so you can get more chance to request for work permit. 

My both striker played 2 and 6 games before I able to sign them permanently u can see their matches as loan player .
