Hi everyone and welcome to “The Adventures of FC Vibe”.

What happened?
We Vibers made some very nice investments and decided to buy and rename a Club (Bath, now named Vibe FC) in the Vanarama National League South. After maximizing the facilities and upgrading the stadium, now named Vibe Stadium, to the biggest available we all still had lots of money to spend (rich people problems). To “solve” these rich people problems, we agreed to bring in a team of wonderkids and mentors on our path to make this the greatest club ever.

What needs to happen?

I’m looking for the 10 other rich people to join me at the club and bring in a wonderkid + mentor.
If thing go well, we will be going for a maximum of 15 seasons or else we stop when to many people quit.

How it works?
Wonderkid:

You will create a wonderkid to play for FC Vibe and choose a mentor for him (anyone can be chosen as mentor as long as the mentor has the same position as you "accomplished/dark green color" ).
The wonderkids will play every game and will never get injured (just to keep it fun).
The wonderkids will earn points every month.
Wonderkids will start at 2.5 stars CA and have 5 stars PA
I will try and triple mentor the wonderkids as soon as their 1st message pops up (at least double mentoring).

Morale:

On the last day of each month I will praise the player that had a 7+ rating.
I will give a formal warning when the player gets a 5-rating or gets red carded in a match.
I will give a 1 week fine when the player gets a 4-rating or lower in a match.

Earning Points:

Each month all 10 people who joined will vote an MVP for that month. Most votes gets 10 points, 2nd gets 9 and so on. This vote will happen anonymous as you will send your vote to me via PM, you can also not vote on yourself.
Bonus points -Team of the year position = 5 points

@Titjes can we change our mentor after the first session? I added Modric, but if he isn't going to play(which he won't) he will probably decline at a very high rate...so after the first mentoring program can we change to someone else depending on how far our first mentor may have regressed?

No, I won't. There is a difference between "no injuries" and "will never get tired during a match because of 20 stamina" 😅

I won't let them have injuries because if you get unlucky, your player will be out with a 12 month spinal injury.

No, I'm going to keep it at 1 mentor each. Makes it a bit more easy to keep track of things.

Mentors will indeed not play much, unless your wonderkid has red card for a match. In which case they will be your substitute for the banned match.

You still have time to think about your mentor as we still need 1 more member to join up as a Striker 😉

My GK is the only one with 20 leadership 😅 others so far around 9-13 or so if I'm not mistaken 😅
