Help Why do I keep losing every single game?

I keep losing every single game and getting sacked when the teams I create to manage should be challenging for promotion.

Can you share screenshots + your explanations with us:

• which team / league are you?
• screenshots of your tactic / formation
• screenshots of your fixtures + league position
• any explanations of what you’ve observed / seen / tried so far

Why? These will help us see IF there are any obvious issues, and WHERE those issues are - e.g. are you conceding too many goals, not scoring enough, your tactic is too <something>, etc.

Also your transfers if you are selling or replacing your best players maybe, it's no good getting Haaland for example, and playing him as a Poacher or AM when his best traits are as a Target striker, @DanEnglish is good at giving advice if he knows what he is commenting on?

Ita a difficult one, depending on your budget, your tactics your staff roles. There's alot more to it. I find I've been playing the game for years now, so it's relatively easy for me. Every team you have the same way of managing ( I do) I invest mainly in youth players. Any player that hits 32, I either release or sell. Everybody is different, what team are you? What tactic have you got? Also with your players, you have to be really carful. So you could have a really awful unprofessional players, that in turn makes the team play negative in my opinion. There's shed load of wealth of information on here, alot of the guys have been playing this game for years, like myself. So if you let me know your budget, what team, players you have. I can try and help in some way.

I'm replaced Leyton Orient with my own club, I attached my tactics down below, I haven't signed anyone or sold anyone yet, just a few youth players on loan. What I've seen is I'll beat top of the league 6-1 but lose to bottom of the league 0-3 the team is just so inconsistent and I am not going anywhere.

Hi @KebabBomber69 - thanks for sharing.

One quick thing - you’re playing a long ball game to a TM + Poacher upfront:

• However both your STs have only 8-9 aerial.
• League 2 opposition DCs usually have 11-15 aerial.
• So most opposition team’s DCs will dominate those long balls forward which you’re playing.

Did you recall Smith back from his loan? He’s your best TM with 16 aerial + 15 strength. He won’t dominate all opposition DCs, but he will dominate most of them.

No I haven't but I will try that now, Thank you. I have another question though, what are some tips and the best ways to get promoted and eventually get to the premier league?

If you’re Leyton Orient, then your Board expectations are something like “mid-table” (not promotion).

If you’re not buying players / improving your squad, then why are you expecting to challenge for promotion ?

To get promoted repeatedly, you’ll need one or two of these:

• to continuously improve your squad / players to be the best possible (e.g. loans are your friend) - also transfers have a quicker impact, youth development takes longer.
• and/or build tactics(s) which take advantage of your team’s strengths (or have an overpowered tactic which you fit players into).

Morale. 

The answer is morale. 

I don't even need to look at your tactics, when you're in a bad spot it's usually because of morale. 

You cannot understand how important it is for the game. And there's no quick way to rise it, the trick is to never let it go low.

check it constantly, talk with your players and make it so that your starters, at least, are always happy.
