Help Trening intensity

Need help about this, im using from 16-20 high, from 20-29 medium and from 29 and above low intensity is that ok to put like that.

I use high for everyone unless 

Player is injury prone

Player personally wants lighter training schedule

Player is a starter with low stamina

I think high intensity helps in better work rate among teams but I'm not too sure.
