Tactics Possession Control 4-2-3-1

Intro

I've recently been trying to come up with a tactic that gives high possession to control games and works also with mid to lower table teams. I have come up with this 4-2-3-1 which I tested with Crystal Palace in the first season with no transfers.

We came a very respectable 3rd place and had a decent Carabao Cup run knocking out Arsenal and Chelsea. Their squad is obviously not the best so although we controlled most games and got some good results against better teams we did concede a few (especially v Man City!).

I also ran a test with Man Utd to check if it works with better teams and we completely dominated most games with high possession and chances. We did actually score fewer than with Crystal Palace but also conceded far fewer so easily won the league and was unfortunate to lose to Bayern in the Europa final. If you want to score more then I'm sure it could be tweaked to sacrifice some possession for a few more goals.

This game is so weird.

Used Crystal Palace and got relegated. Used Venezia and got sacked for being mid table in the Italian second division.
