Help How do I import shortlist in FM mobile 23

I put a shortlist file that I downloaded in the shortlist folder but idk how to load it in the actual game also I'm one already one season in the game if that matters

Go to Search then Shortlist. At the bottom of the Shortlist page there's a button "Load/Save". Press that and then select the file you want to load. Then load it.
