Help Player Dynamics don‘t improve

 Share

Recommended Posts

As the title says, I am having problems improving my players‘ dynamics. Whenever the game says that one of my players profesionalism/loyality/etc has improved and I then go check on player relationships, nothing has actually changed. Am I doing something wrong or is it intended to be that way?

Can you send a screenshot of what you mean?

  • the top left side of the player relationships screen will only change if your player is influencing the rest of the squad …
  • … otherwise if a younger player had improved professionalism, then you’d instead hope to see that in the players personality instead (as upunger players are unlikely to influence the whole squad)

Does that make sense, or have I misunderstood something?

Young players can develop new traits. And these will have influence on squad traits.

Generally speaking, the group the players are included in and their importance change, depending on the time they have been in the club, the use in the rotations you make of them.

I have had experience with some players I didn't believe in when I arrived (sending them on loan, in the reserve team) that, after some improvement,  have been regularly involved in first team football and, if their performance were good, have seen their importance risen.

Thats what I mean. It says his professionalism and work rate has improved, but his influence on the squad (top left) is still the same.

So its not really possible do change how a player influences the squad, unless he is an important player?

Senneville performances are bad. His hierarchy and social group are low.

Your critics are starting to modify his personal approach.

But it is too early for him to say he is influencing team mates... How could they be impressed by him considering he is now in a low group and his poor performances that for sure don't help the team? All is linked... Hope is more clear now.

Teamwork links to Work Rate

Leadership links to Morale

Make sure those attributes of players who listed in the Reason tab of your team Dynamics at highest number then you fixed 2/5
