How do I fix Nathaniel Nwosu's work permit issues? My appeal is always denied.

unfortunately in the mobile version of the game your work permit getting accepted or rejected is completely randomised so you have to keep trying again and again 

I hope they bring in the work permit points system which is implemented in the pc version to make the game more realisti
