Chat Morale issues

Recommended Posts

So my players are all constantly unhappy even when winning games and rotating alot you drop 1 player on like a rotation contract for a game and it's red down arrow etc. Any ideas how to manage morale properly in FM mobile all the articles I find are on the pc version (which I have lots of tricks for haha)

Praise them at least once a month if they play well (when their match rating is green) and criticise them when they don't do well (when their rating is red).

Also, take a look at their performance in training, go to the Development Hub, navigate to training and filter by grade. Praise those ranked A to C, criticise those ranked lower.

You can also check the "Personal" tab of a players profile and there you can find out if anything is bothering them. And then respond accordingly. So if they want a new contract, offer them one. If they don't like the position they're being trained in, change it. And so on.

Consider signing players that fit the mentality of your team, that will help. Having a lazy player in a team full of committed professionals is bound to cause problems.

Hope this helps.

How often can I speak to them about the training?

Hello, I add this... The ones that are not called up for a game can be sent to the reserve team for a game. If the team has not a reserve league, you can organise a friendly match.

Consider also the case you can do all the possible actions but, some combinations of bad personal qualities are difficult to manage. Sometimes also a transfer could be a solution.

I do it pre season after 1st friendly game.

Then I'll comment every month if I think it's needed.
