I have this absolutely insane 18 year old striker very nice stats and he's my super sub and I was wondering how do I maximize his growth so I can use him to replace mbappe when he gets older

With that qualities at 18 you have to do almost nothing but giving him playing time. More playing time, more fast will be the development.

Also a loan could be an option (due to his ability, he could refuses club without a big reputation), but be sure he will not go to one of your title contenders... 🙂

For training, based on the idea you want him a starter (not a sub) in the future, you can push a little on stamina, as the other characteristics are already very good. Also aerial can complete his technical curriculum, it depends on what you want.

I used mbappe to mentor him and I'm planning on using him as DLF(But his roles say using him as AF would be optimal lol but idk can I?) should I loan him out since the lineup I use only has one striker and I don't know lineups with two strikers and IFs
