Tactics 442 small possession big domination

Hello fellow fm23 mobile lovers, i started playing this game few months ago and already i have been able to come up with a very simple but effective tactic using the 442 formation.

It's just a normal 442 formation, no need to modify the shape of the team.

NB: You need a team that has at least an average passing ability for this to work because I don't recommend this for extremely small teams and know that for most of your matches, your team won't have the highest possession but they would make the most of any moment they get the ball i.e they can have the ball but you have the entire game. I tried this with stade brestois in the ligue 1 and won the french cup back to back but i wasn't able to win the league. Then i went to Napoli and tried it. I won every single winnable trophy in my first season there, continued my domination in the league by winning the league 4 times in a row. I haven't won the fifth time because I'm not currently playing it😂. I won the champions league 3 times in a row too matching zidane's record😂. 

Also i won the league with 101 points in the current season i just finished scoring 98 goals and conceding just 14. My two strikers were able to get 33 goals and 30 goals respectively. Won all my home games without any draw or defeat. My strikers winning the golden boot in the league for two seasons in a row

Do you have any match stats. Like your possession shots ect?

Nice tactic.

Can I ask - what are you expecting the two DWs to do?

• Are they there to stretch the opposition defense?
• Or to provide crosses? (But have central passing)
• Or to press opposition FBs? (But have normal press)
• or something else … ? 🙂

They are meant to press opposition fbs which would mostly force teams to go for long balls as the have no passing option in defense
