Help Coaches and corresponding stats upgrade

Does anyone know the list of what coaches upgrade what stats? Like I know for some, Fitness will upgrade Strength and Stamina, Attacking with Shooting and Defensive with Tackling, but I don't fully know the rest of it.

As an extra tip - having YOUR own speciality as ‘motivational’ really helps with your youth intake having great personalities AND helps your team talks 👍 

PS. ‘I don’t know’ if there is a link between your coaches specialities + which player attributes get improved 🤔

Thank you for that full explanation from the picture, so what I had in mind was not far off.

 

And that extra tip, it completely explain too why most of my youth grad have consistent good personality throughout. As I always choose Motivational as my main speciality to help morale high, I do not know it also helps youth's personality.
