Help Netflix Error

Hi all. 

FM24 won't load for me. I have tried uninstall and reinstall of Netflix and FM24. When I load the game it gets to the content about licensing etc then a Netflix error page appears. 

Can anybody help?

1. FMM 24 can only be accessed with an active Netflix subscription. Do you have such a subscription?

2. If you fulfill point 1, the error probably persists due to the fact that you are using a custom DNS, in which case it will need to be reset.

3. Restart phone & reconnect your router 

4. Clear the cache on Netflix app

5. Another problem could be the phone's outdated operating system that does not support this service. What phone model do you have?
