So I decided to start a IALWTTT career but I didn't start unemployed as I wanted the challenge of taking over a team who are predicted to be relegated from the start, so I became the manager of Rushall Olympic.

I first set out my tactics and opted for a 4231(dm) and then cancelled my friendly matches. I then proceeded to arrange 12 new friendly matches with one every other day from 8th July until 30th July where I won 9 and lost 3.

I signed 3 players on loan, 2 free transfers and purchased one more for 2k, I also sold 3 players for a total of 5.75k.

 

My season started off very good with a 3-0 victory but then I lost the following 2 games before back to back victories making it 3 wins out of 5, but then I suffered a dreaded 4 game losing streak. The rest I'll leave for you to see.
