Help Stuck in loading screen

Hello friend. Is there anyone who can help me? I have a problem when I delete the file in the cache folder (it's a stage for adding facepack to the game) and while it begins the FM 24 mobile application I'm stuck on screen loading. Can anyone offer a solution to this problem?

Yeah don't worry let it do its thing, it because they have updated a patch, take around 10/15 mins to load up, but you only have to do it the once

I have the same problem and waited 30-45 mins but it doesn't work. I have galaxy note 20. Is there any other solution ?
