Help How is Team Star Rating Calculated?

Hello, 

I started with a 2 Star Rochdale, got promoted 3 times. Player star ratings in my team is 4 in the starting 11. Training facilities and youth are both 4 stars.

And team rating is still 2 stars, and every game is considered a tough challenge despite the players in those teams being worse than mine, and I lose those games.

Any idea what I’m missing? It’s like my team is not evolving despite the team quality going up. All coaches and scouts are upgraded to silver badge too.
