Help Looking for a formation that the Chinese national team！

The Chinese national team is really weak, and the whole team is nervous when playing against the Maldives. I don’t know what formation can allow this team to win the World Cup.

Win the World Cup with China? That’s a really good challenge - very … er … ambitious!

Two questions for you:

• What year are you in?
• And who is your best attacker? Am guessing it’s one of: Wu Lei, Goulart, or one of the elder strikers Elkeson or Alan … ?

Tactic advice:
You'll need to find a tactic which maximizes strengths and minimizes weaknesses. I’d recommend having two tactics:

• an attacking tactic for playing the worse nations - like using the Black Hawk 4123 tactic or a 41212 diamond tactic.
• plus a more defensive / balanced tactic for playing the better nations - like a 4141 tactic.

Final tip - you’ll really need to identify young talent, develop them + try to convert other nationalities to Chinese. It make take more than a few seasons 😬

There is a Coach named Marius Sumudica on Google or YouTube, follow his tactics, it really works. He also managed Gaziantep Football Club in the 2019-20 season and the formation and tactics I mentioned worked very well there.
