Help Manager titles

Does anyone know how each of the titles are unlocked? The main one I've been trying to get is master of the dark arts as it looks a good bet for a hard working team. 

 

I have entertainer which is awful for the average team all players dislike it,  I got park the bus by simming a full season playing defensive tactic which I don't ever do, but can't figure out master of the dark arts?

 

Can't find a guide online either, trying to get this before starting a 1k attempt

I got trophy hoarder but winning the English treble. 
star maker from doing well with young players. 
Penny pincher from doing well and not spending much.
Big spender but spending a lot in a transfer window.

Yeah they ones aren't much of an issue I have other titles it's the tactical ones I'm struggling to unlock.

 

Professor I imagine will be using multiple winning tactics, dark arts is the one I'm struggling to figure out I assumed itbwiuod be playing defensive or balanced etc but nothing yet after 7 seasons

To get the master of the dark arts, you'll have to mix things up. Your passing should be mixed, your tackling should be commited, goalkeeper distribution should be mixed too. With an attacking mentality I got the master of the dark arts title.

I unlocked Dark Arts after a player was sent off so could be an accumulation of :red: in a save. I don’t play defensive or have committed tackling so don’t think that’s a factor.

Same - I'm sure i've turned it off before but can't remember for the life of me.

9 of my squad have positively reacted to it, 6 negatively - but it still have a negative affect overall IMO

 For master of the dark arts. 

1. Attacking mentality. 

2. Committed tackling. 

3. 4-5 players in your starting 11 has a tendency to bend the rules. 

4. Do not dicipline or give formal warning for your red card. 

5. Use time wasting for 2nd half if you have goal adventage.

Think you'd need to win one of the other tactical titles as it lets you change them, but not remove them outright.

I've done this for three seasons rotating between four formations and two separate line-ups, still nothing. There must be something I'm missing.

I finally got the other two though...

Developer = positive praise, positional retraining and intensive training workload.

Nurturer = bring through lots of youth prospects into your first team.

When you say constantly changing tactics do you mean every game a new tactic and rotate or one year one tactic next year a different tactic?

I got professor title by tweaking tactics during the game over the course of entire season & yes winning the matches while tweaking it. 

 

Keep 3-4 working tactics & change it during the game. Also try to tweak player roles during the game.

I've been playing Athletic Bilbao & using xi made entirely of academy player & yet to get nurturer title 🤔

I read this from an FM site... I don't know if it works but it makes sense with some comments...

"Master of the Dark Arts: Does your team often pick up several cautions during matches? You’ll gain this title if you regularly play an abrasive style of football. Players who will respond positively to this title include those with a Workhorse, Intelligent, or Determined personality"

I also think that making late substitutions to waste time, and activating the "waste time" option in the tactical instructions will help obtain this. But personally I think these options will only work if you are winning by a minimal advantage. It wouldn't make much sense if you applied it in a match where you are winning by a huge difference. What do you think about it?.

I have had a few of these but not really sure what the point of them are? They don’t seem to help in anyway, as has been said above can upset players. Just a bit of “fun”?

I've been trying this tactic and with it, I earned the title "Master of the Dark Arts" – credit to the original creator @Pinuccio

I forgot to take a screenshot, but it's definitely worth trying. Really impressed with how it plays! Mixed and rough playing style
