Tactics Low Budget 2&3 Star Team Tactics. UNION BERLIN

I looked forward to dethrone Bayern with a low budget team and no good players or wonderkids. I thought a team from the capital will be a good choose. I chose Union Berlin because I felt Hertha Berlin have Wonderkids. 

I'm not gonna lie, it hasn't been a success so far, it's my second season and the recruitment has been so horrible, I was given £19m in both seasons (1st & 2nd)

My team is full of old legs, and less than average, I'm not complaining though, so I rely on BOSMAN moves and free agents. 

I finished 3rd tho same point with BVB, just goal difference made the difference. 

Please try this tactics and tell me how you feel about it. 

 

Tactics :532 in possession it's 3322

IWBs move into midfield and form a 3 man holding midfielders , cutting out passing lanes and protecting my back 3,my IWBs also takes shots and make defence opening passes into the final 3rd, they are an integral part of my tactics 

RP moves into channels and act like a WM, same as the BBM(sometimes I tweak both to BBM and DLP to AP) both options are effective but the first is better against bigger teams

I already said, I adjusted my wage budget to transfer budget and I also sold 2 old legs just to get Rieder
