Is it possible to expand the amount of playable divisions?

 

I really want to play with a team from my city that I used to play for in academy when I was a kid but I can't play since that division is not playable, I'm just wondering if it's possible to somehow make it so I can play in that divison, let me know and if you know possibly how to do it.
