Tactics Old school 4-3-3 [Invincible] [lots of Goals]

This is classic 4-3-3 tactics with tweaks to fit the team. Team is built with pace and stamina so players can do lot of running for team. " Hardwork bears fruits". 

Achievement : Invincible league season, UCL , Italian cup

Goalkeeper and defenders make the spine of defense. Goalkeeper with good kicking,aerial ability, handling is vitals. For defenders, I managed to have BPD which helped move the ball better, compared to simple CB. WB with good pace and crossing would run both aisle and supply support attacking.

Midfielders is vitals to squad. Lots of trial and error may be required to fit the squad. I required 3 transfer window to bring in players, try them in squad and make perfect squad. So you might need some time to fix your midfield. However, just look out for players with good passing,movement,stamina and creativity. A good mix of youth and experience would be very good.

For striker, get your main goal scoring striker in centre poacher role and supplement him with striker with good stamina, teamwork, shooting and movement.

Do give this tactic a try and see how experience unfolds.

Looks good. Where did your goals come from mostly? Strikers?

Yes, Strikers were primary source of goals. RP was main source of assist along with WB. BBM helped to maintained stability and chipped in with few important goals too.

I’d be interested to know your player attributes for you defenders, I’m really struggling with this tactic in terms of defending.

don't have any screenshots, they were pretty good aerially and technically but lacked a bit in pace. if you want this tactic to work optimally you need fast and technically decent defenders. also a good roaming playmaker and clinical strikers

Tried this tactic for a season.

The wing backs are deliver good amount of Crosses, which is good but i expecting for passing combinations through the middle. Found out, it works when i change the wing backs into defensive wing back role. 

Overalls, this is a good tactic. Especially the midfield. I really enjoy it. Attacking and defensive wise. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

But i have a question, why do you choose slow tempo mentality when you have 2 pressing forwards? 👀

Thank you trying out tactics. Regarding tempo, while using fast, Team was conceding goals more than usual. To improve team's match control defensively, I tried slow tempo. Team was more resolute defensively.

Works pretty well with me in vanarama national although conceded lots. Mid table with high scoring draws mainly.

seems to not help with the entertainer badge as my teams morale plummeted. Can I get rid of this badge as I think it’s causing the problems.

My CBs are poor so that may be the main problem 

does tweaking the mentality from attacking to say control or balanced help stop conceding or does that ruin the tactic ?

No such thing as defensive wing back.

Just thought I'd give this one a go in a new save and its working well.

Started abit shaky (defensively) for my liking, but made a few tweaks from what a few people commented and its looking good so far......

 

 

although my squad is the best in the league with the free agents i brought in.

Mentality to control.

WBs to DFBs with man marking

I think that was all, only dod 2 or 3 more matches after and they were going the same.

But I've read that an old classic from 21 is working in 24 so giving that a go now
