Dear Fellow Managers,

After following FMM Vibes for years, I have decided to contribute back to the community.

I am sharing a 4-2-3-1 attacking tactics which brings me great success with Liverpool.

Tactics

Average Ratings

For this tactics, IF and SS perform very well & G, WB, BPD, CD and CF perform well but BBM and CM perform average.

I am considering changing the tactical role of the centre midfield for an improved performance. (Feel free to share with me any tactical roles which work well for your centre midfield)

Although the forward perform well, I am considering changing the tactical role from CF to PF in the hope that the forward will perform even better. (Feel free to share with me any tactical roles which work well for your forward too)

Fixtures (Liverpool)

Thought I could end the season unbeaten in the league but sadly Man City beat me in the final league game.

Please note that when I am chasing game, I will change team mentality to overload in the 2nd half.

I will also review training intensity on the 1st of each month and assign mentoring duties to 4-5 stars players.

For corners, I have both centre backs attacking near and far post respectively.

Fixtures (Canada)

This tactics has mixed results for Canada.

Statistics for 1st Season (Liverpool and Canada)

Won: 58

Drawn: 7

Lost: 4

Looking forward to a better performance in 2nd season and perhaps a new international job.

Glad that I have finally contributed back to the community!

I'm guessing Szobloszai was the Shadow Striker in this tactic?

Also, do you think this tactic would have the potential to perform from the first season on a smaller club? F.E. Brighton or Westham.

I like the tactic so I was thinking about using it on a smaller team.

Thanks and please let me know.

Yes, Szoboszlai is the shadow striker, which plays a very important role in this tactics.

If I am using this tactics on smaller club, I might set the tempo as normal and creative freedom as balanced for it to work better, given that their defence is not as strong.

I have yet to try the tactics for other clubs. West Ham does seems to have a stronger defence than Brighton, while attack wise, Brighton has the edge.

If it works for you, do let me know. Thanks

Can the Box to box role be changed to roaming playmaker?

I have changed the box to box role to

centre mid for improved rating.
