Help Im currently playing bayern and Im 2 season in and

Im still wondering how do my reserves of youngsters (the players in FC bayern II) be developed? Theres no matches to be played just like in the premier league, so I just arrange a friendly match but its a bit of a hassle 

So my question is there a way that my players in FC Bayern II be playing without me constantly worrying about arranging friendly match?

Yeah this year they develop as they would say in the reserves in England. Maybe try sending a few out on loan? I was 1860 Munich and some good youngsters came through, they still play games just won't be able to see the fixtures

I did put some players on loan but mostly half of my reserves team didn't get loaned. While yes the other did get loaned their development is non-existent especially the goalkeepers

Hmm strange, they definitely should be developing. Guess it depends on how good the player is

It's probably their game time? I should check it since Im running out of options on my goalkeeper
