How do I develop young players as efficient and as fast as possible?

What do I do to make them a their fullest potential?

What is the contributing factors that makes players develop effeciently?

For example for this is I want my player to be fast or make his movement good, his physicality what should I do to achieve this?

I've been trying so hard to develop players but cant seem to do it

Game time. Nothing beats game time. If i'm leveling up a striker for a 1k i'll set his training level to low so he's fitter for matches and then play as often as possible. If he gets 8 or above at any point in the match, take him off as the higher his rating, the more improvement he'll get at the end of the match. Youngsters will plateau at points though when they then need to mature before you'll see more big improvements.

Or if he's not good enough for the team yet, farm him out on loan where he'll get game time. Low league, doesnt matter, just anyone who will play him regularly.

Mentoring is key also. If you want their aerial stats to go up you want someone who has high aerial but not green numbers anywhere else ideally or he might focus on that stat instead. But that said, the better the mentor all round, the more attributes they might affect (you'll see this when you go to set up a mentor at the club). Depends if you want to improve all round or just in one area.

For hidden stats, if they're not at your club, click their profile and the personal tab, then click personality and you can see if they're going to be good or not. Carrillo for example has a green thumbs up for Professional, Hardworking and Team Player so he's good. Giroud has green for loads so is an excellent mentor for hidden stats and for a striker overall. There are some cheap players with great hidden stats too so dig around. And avoid anyone with red flags for Lazy or anything that will upset the team dynamic.

In terms of coaches, if you want them to affect a certain player you'll want to specialise in that area, ie for a striker, get an attacking coach. Attackers will get more improvements but other players won't get as much. If you want a more balanced coaching staff where they'll improve all players get a couple of fitness, a couple of general and a youth or motivational coach maybe. Thats my current mix.

Stepping back a bit:
General coach - improves all players
Defensive - improves defensive minded players more than general
Attacking - improves attacking players more than general
Motivational - improves all players less than general but helps mental attributes and helps morale when it's low
GK - improves GKs more than general
Youth - improves under 23s at a faster rate than general
Fitness - improves physical stats better than general

Also worth noting that your coaching staff also affects your youth intake. All general coaches and the youngsters coming through will be mixed, more attacking coaches and you get more attacking players, defensive coaches get you more defensive players, if you have fitness coaches you'll get players come through with better attributes there. 2 general and 2 fitness should give a good spread of youngsters with decent fitness stats.

If you struggle defensively you could always throw in a defensive coach and it'll help your team bond in that area too.

Oh and if you have A or B rating for professionalism under team dynamic they’ll help young players get more professional over time. That’s a key one.

Holy damn, I have learned more than what I read on the tutorial page of the game.

And yes I understand now what coach should I get depending on what I want of my players, and by this logic the youth coaches is the best for youngsters right? As they will improve more than general coaches and focus more players under 23 year olds, so if I want my youngsters like Tel for example to be great all around I should get like 2 youth coaches?

Thank you for your reply by the way really helped me, and you even added more tips which Im very glad, thank you for your time replying hope to learn more.
