Does the manager title affect tactics? I got the Entertainer and Resolute titles when playing in season 2, after that I think the tactics started to lose 10% of its effectiveness or maybe it's just my feeling, especially in the defense and goalkeeper sector, my goalkeeper became a one shot one goal goalkeeper, every enemy shooting the goal chance is almost 70%, what main attributes should my goalkeeper and defender have, do I train my midfielders shooting as the main focus?

But honestly this is the most fantastic plug and play tactic I have ever used, I am in my 6th season now as Recanatese promoted to Serie A from Serie C, won the Scudetto and Europa League Champion, and brought back Prime Antony 2008, I develop a lot of young players because the Italian League transfer budget is small and small clubs like Recanatese are not rich, to pay salaries alone in the first 4 seasons I was still struggling and in the first 3 seasons I almost loaned in 8 players each season because there was no funding, I have never been so excited to play FMM24 before, this is my first reply since this account was created because this tactic is amazing.

Should i change striker role to CF,AF or other roles ? Or i must set striker as a PF ?

For a season and a half I had to make modifications but later the original one does the job itself. With the right players it's too OP. The last season is after the update, I would say it works even better.

Ma conclusion est que cette tactique devrait être utilisée comme une solution prête à l'emploi avec la mentalité CONTRÔLE. Si vous l'avez déjà téléchargée, changez simplement la mentalité d'équipe en CONTRÔLE et enregistrez la tactique, car il n'y a aucun autre changement. Si vous la téléchargez pour la première fois, vous pouvez le faire en cliquant sur le lien de téléchargement juste en dessous de la capture d'écran finale à la fin de cet article.

Les résultats obtenus dans les captures d'écran avec Man Utd ont été obtenus en basculant entre ATTAQUE et CONTRÔLE en fonction des cotes du match, mais United est une équipe d'élite avec plusieurs joueurs de classe mondiale, cependant, cela ne s'applique pas à 95% des équipes que d'autres géreront, donc d'après mon test de jeu avec quelques équipes plus faibles, il est évident que la mentalité de CONTRÔLE est la voie à suivre car elle permet une plus grande possession, plus de contrôle et des passes et des tirs progressifs plus sélectifs, les résultats globaux étant simplement meilleurs pour les équipes qui n'ont pas une abondance de joueurs de classe mondiale et même si vous le faites, cela fonctionne toujours très bien.

REMARQUE :  Une fois téléchargée, exportez une tactique actuelle  depuis le jeu. Votre téléphone/tablette créera alors un nouveau dossier. Il vous suffira ensuite de copier-coller la  tactique téléchargée dans ce dossier. Importez-la ensuite depuis l'écran des tactiques et elle sera intégrée à votre jeu. Cependant, si vous rencontrez toujours des difficultés pour importer la tactique (comme beaucoup l'ont signalé), copiez simplement les instructions. Si vous souhaitez appliquer les instructions très optimisées pour les coups de pied arrêtés défensifs et offensifs, faites défiler cette page jusqu'aux captures d'écran.

INTRO/JOUEURS REQUIS.........  Avec l'une des mises à jour majeures, j'ai remarqué des anomalies dans mes deux tactiques précédentes et elles ne sont pas aussi efficaces qu'avant la mise à jour, j'en ai donc créé une nouvelle qui fonctionne à merveille pour produire des passes incroyablement fluides (d'où le nom) et complexes dans le dernier tiers. Il y a très peu de jeu large et les attaques sont concentrées au milieu. C'est un score plus élevé que mes deux tactiques précédentes et incroyablement cohérent. Le cœur de l'équipe est le  DMC qui doit avoir une bonne créativité, des passes, des tacles et un bon positionnement, mais surtout de la force et de l'agressivité car il garde souvent le ballon pour évaluer les options, permettant aux milieux de terrain adverses de se mettre en difficulté en une fraction de seconde. S'il a une force/agressivité élevée, il peut contenir ces défis, ce qui lui permet soit de conserver la possession, soit d'obtenir des coups francs. Un DMC faible sera un handicap, alors assurez-vous de bien choisir ce poste (la force est une nécessité absolue, l'agressivité moins). Il vous faudra également un attaquant polyvalent et performant : un grand et puissant attaquant de pointe comme Hoijlund est très performant, tout comme un joueur rapide et intuitif comme Rashford. Les quatre défenseurs doivent être rapides en raison de la ligne défensive haute, et le défenseur central droit devrait être le meilleur des deux en tête, car il constitue la principale menace sur les corners offensifs. La productivité est essentielle pour les trois milieux de terrain et l'attaquant, car ces postes nécessitent beaucoup de courses. Recherchez donc la qualification « travailleur » dans les informations sur la personnalité du joueur et/ou dans le rapport de l'entraîneur. Entraînez vos milieux de terrain au tir, car tous les trois auront de nombreuses occasions de tirer.

STYLE DE JEU...........  Il s'agit d'une tactique de « contrôle de possession » où les latéraux inversés entrent en jeu et s'associent aux trois milieux de terrain pour créer une surcharge dans la zone centrale, entre la surface adverse et le rond central. Cela permet de multiplier les options de passe dans cette zone centrale, utilisées pour sonder patiemment jusqu'à ce qu'une opportunité de passe en profondeur se présente. Ensuite, les latéraux inversés se positionnent en milieux défensifs pour se défendre contre les contres, tandis que les trois milieux de terrain se précipitent pour soutenir l'attaque........... Cette tactique de passe et de mouvement crée de magnifiques jeux de passe pour ouvrir les défenses.

UTILISATION DE LA TACTIQUE.......... C'est une tactique prête à l'emploi et le seul changement à effectuer en jeu pour terminer le match est d'utiliser l'option « perte de temps » à tout moment dès le début de la seconde mi-temps afin de frustrer l'adversaire. Les coups de pied arrêtés défensifs et offensifs ont été peaufinés. Pour tirer le meilleur parti de cette tactique, téléchargez-la depuis le lien ci-dessous. Idéalement, les corners devraient être rentrants uniquement.

RÉSULTATS...........  Lors de ma deuxième saison avec Manchester United, j'ai tout gagné avec un pourcentage de victoires de 94 % (67 matchs joués / 63 victoires / 4 nuls / 0 défaite), ce qui est largement supérieur à mes précédents résultats. J'ai dominé chaque match, croyez-moi, vous allez adorer cette tactique ET ce style de jeu !

I do get a fair number of injuries, but I have a massive squad (always aim to have 2 full team selections that I flip between each match plus 3-4 players who are on the bench every game)

MAJOR UPDATE 14/2/24: Just had a week off work so was able to invest some time in the game and my conclusion is that the tactic should be used as a plug and play with CONTROL mentality. If you've already downloaded it, just change the team mentality to CONTROL and save the tactic as there's no other changes. If you're downloading it for the first time, you can do so by clicking on the download link just below the final screenshot at the end of this post.

The results achieved in the screenshots with Man Utd were done so by switching between ATTACKING and CONTROL depending on the match odds but United are an elite team with several world class players, however the same does not apply to 95% of teams that others will be managing so from my play test with a couple of weaker teams, it's apparent that CONTROL mentality is the way to go as it allows for greater possession, more control and more selective progressive passing and shooting with the overall results just being better for teams that don't have an abundance of world class players and even if you do, it still works great.

NOTE: Once downloaded, export a current tactic from within the game and your phone/tablet will create a new folder, after which you just copy and paste the downloaded tactic into that folder. Then simply import it from the tactics screen and you'll have it in your game. However, if you're still having trouble with importing the tactic (as many have reported), obviously just copy the instructions and if you want to implement the highly tweaked defensive and attacking set-piece instructions, just scroll down on this page until you get to the screenshots.

INTRO/PLAYERS REQUIRED......... With one of the major updates, I've noticed some anomalies with my two previous tactics and they aren't as effective as they were BEFORE the update so I've created a new one that works brilliantly in producing mesmerisingly slick (hence the name) and intricate passing in the final third. There's very little wide play and the attacks are focused through the middle. This is higher scoring than my two previous tactics and incredibly consistent. The heartbeat of the team is the DMC who needs to have good creativity, passing, tackling and positioning but most importantly strength and aggression as he often holds the ball up to assess options, allowing opposition midfielders that split second to get challenges in. If he has high strength/aggression, he can hold off those challenges, allowing him to either retain possession or win free kicks. A weak DMC will be a liability so make sure to get this position right (strength is an absolute necessity, aggression not as much). You'll also need a decent all round striker, a big/strong target man type like Hoijlund works really well as does a quick, flair type like Rashford. All four defenders need to be quick due to the high defensive line and the right sided centre back should be the better header of the two as he's the main goal threat from attacking corners. Work rate is very important for the three midfielders and the striker as a lot of running is required in these positions so look for 'hardworking' in the player personality details and/or coach report. Have your midfielders train 'shooting' as all three will be getting plenty of shots off.

STYLE OF PLAY........... It's a 'control possession' tactic where the inverted wing backs come infield and combine with the three midfielders to create an overload in the central area between the opposition box and the centre circle. This allows for increased passing options within that central zone that are utilized to patiently probe until a through ball opportunity opens up for a forward pass. Once that happens, the inverted wing backs will sit and act as holding midfielders to defend against the counter and the three midfielders will rush forward to support the attack........... it's a pass and move style tactic that creates wonderful passing plays to open up defences.

TACTIC USAGE.......... It's a plug and play tactic and the only in-game change you need to make if you want to see the game out is to use the 'time wasting' option at any point from the beginning of the second half in order to frustrate the opposition. Defensive and attacking set pieces are tweaked so to get the best out of the tactic, you'll have to download it from the link below. Corners should ideally be inswinging only.

RESULTS........... In my second season with Man Utd, won everything with a win percentage of 94% (played 67/won 63/drawn 4/lost 0) which is easily higher than I've ever had before. Dominated every single game, trust me you will absolutely love this tactic AND the style of play!!

It's not an awful tactic. Very few tactics that people post here are awful and they clearly worked for the people sharing the original posts.

I would look at why the tactic hasn't worked for you and finding then fix the issue if you want to keep trying. Could by squad harmony, not training the players for the roles, not a good staff setup, the players not being good enough for the level you're at and needing to be replaced.

Lots of things affect tactics but most can be rectified. It's a little lazy to just say oh it was awful and didn't work for me. Especially when there's a lot of people that have had success with it so it's most definitely not an awful tactic.
