Shandong Taishan F.C stood out to me as a great choice due to their strong presence in the Chinese Super League. With a solid history and a passionate fan base, the club offered a great opportunity for success and growth.

2) Stadium & Training Facility Information

Shandong Taishan F.C boasts an excellent quality stadium and training facility. The Jinan Olympic Sports Center Stadium, with a capacity of over 56,000, provided a fantastic atmosphere for both players and fans. Additionally, the state-of-the-art training facility allowed our players to develop their skills to the fullest.

3) Staff Members & Finances

While our staff members were full, there was room for improvement in terms of qualifications and badges. However, I delegated training to the Assistant Manager, who handled the responsibilities effectively. Our finances were secure, allowing us to make strategic moves in the transfer market.
