Tactics United reborn- Plug & Play

This is my asymmetrical 4-2-3-1, with pretty simple roles that would suit most big teams. I've posted my results and league table for the first half of the season. I also finished 2nd in CL group so I can look forward to playing Real in the R16.....

As you can see from the very few goals conceded in the PL, this tactic is very solid defensively, especially considering the only change I made was selling Maguire and buying Sutalo, who hasn't been amazing himself.

With this tactic the team works very hard and presses constantly, so high stamina stats are a must. Full backs should be comfortable going forward and crossing the ball,  so Dalot > Wan Bissaka. The IFs don't score a whole lot, but they assist loads and get high ratings. Most of the goals come from the Poacher  or the AP, but often the CM will roam forward in possession and nick a goal too. Theres not tons of goals, but it wins games and grinds out results most of the time.

 

The only tweak I make is changing the mentality from control to attacking against smaller teams or when I need a goal. For this reason, I think I can call this a plug & play.
