Tactics 3-4-1-2 High win rate !

Hi guys , I made this tactic on my own and use it for one season . The formation is 3-4-1-2. I use it with Fenerbahce from Turkey. I made just one transfer. I sold Ferdi Kadioglu and bought Giannoulis.

This is formation. Most important player is shadow striker. Your "SS" player is must to be a good player. Because your "DLF , TF and AP" feeding your SS well. I will share player statistics with you and you'll see.

And here it is defensive instructions and team shape. If you want to keep the defensive line on "high" you must use offside trap "yes". But i didn't never use high defensive line.

Here it is attacking instructions. I usually use it like this. But the match went wrong you can adjust "final third part" according to your needs. And you can adjust "passing focus part" according to your opponent weakness.

This is player statistics. You can see my Shadow Striker's performance. 

 

I won the league with 98 points. I won Turkey cup and super cup too. On Conference League , i lost to Frankfurt on final round.

Always loved this shape with a tactic, I’ve tested it on my Southend save with decent results, however I’ve just changed the defensive tactics and now it’s a absolute nuclear bomb of a tactic

I'm glad you share with me your result. How many matches did you try this tactic ? I'm curious about the long term results
