Pictures are needed for clarity to understand how the tactics looks like and whether it is worth using it before downloading the .tac file ( in your case it is alonso_3421_fm_tactic.tac ) rename it to fm_tactic1.tac and import it into your tactics folder.

Strange, why look for screenshots when you can download and look in the game for ready-made tactics. Anyway, glad you found what you were looking for.

Find your "documents" folder where your (.tac) files are stored (you can store up to 4 files) - import the downloaded file into the tactics folder (rename the file by deleting the name coach) should result in fm_tactic1.tac.

Copy the file to internal memory, at this path : 
storage/emulated/0/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022 Mobile/normal/tactics

Or find the "normal" folder where your "save data" is stored, there should be a folder for tactics, shortlist, etc. 

I have a version of the game 2022, and for FMM23 or 24 perhaps differently saved I do not know, you can ask others who have newer versions of the game, you will tell you where to save the file .tac

I only have 1 answer - you have to try it! In all seriousness, the ones I have tested are Allegri 352 / 442, Guardiola 3241, Postecoglou, Marsch. I can't say anything about the others, how they will work. But they were taken from different sources that were posted by users who recommend them as successful tactics.

There are results for Postecoglou, Ancelotti, Guardiola, Allegri 442 (search for these tactics in the search engine) For the rest there are no results yet, maybe someday I will test it all.

I did place the file under the tactics folder but import screen is empty.

Before placing the file it should be renamed, for example: Ancelotti_442D_fm_tactic1.tac to fm_tactic1.tac, then in the game go to the settings and update the skin and save the changes.
