Help Youth academy tips?

If I get people with high potential, Is it better to promote then straight away and then loan them out, or to keep them in the youth academy

Yeah I'd say promote and loan em out. They will get better so much faster.

Nah... Just keep them in the academy, so the youth coach could build his knowledge about those kids, then give you more accurate assessment in the end.

I did it also. Because at the first time, I thought it's like a one time offer 😂.
