Help How to build a solid defence

I am currently in league one with Chesham, and cannot stop conceding, I play a 4231 with a dlp and a bwm and 2 fb so I thought I would be fine defensively

I do that, but I still face a lot of shots and clear cut chances during games, I think my players are good enough so I’m not sure why

Can you share screenshots of what tactic you are using + your league table (so we can see how many goals scored + conceded)?

Also are you sure you are playing with Chesham United, or did you mean Cheshunt? As I thought Chesham were further down in the lower-leagues (a quick Google says: Southern Football League / Premier South)? How did you do that?! 🙂

Would be good to see tactics but one thing that stood out was BWM and DLP in midfield, both roaming roles. Changing one to a CM would keep a guy in the middle of the park so you dont get overrun here.

This is my tactic, and I was managing another team in the first season but got fired and Chesham were promoted to national league south, and were the only team that offered me a job
