Household Name is a well known coach all over the world. Suggested is managing a top team.

Normal is just known locally (in his country i suspect). Good for average or lower league team.

Unknown is what is says, no-one knows about the coach or how he got here. Good for lowest team

More you win more popular you get, more popularity means players don't question your choices

But i love playing as unknown and joining top club like Milan just to win scudetto.
