Help Moody senior players

Looking for advice. I've got Oshimen in my 4th season and he's gone big time with the attitude. He was going into his final year and I had to give him a massive contract. And that's triggered all the negatives traits.

Dislikes the stiffling structure. Every match is overconfident. 

 

I'd get rid but he scores 2 goals in just about every game. If I don't play him, we don't score. Or we struggle to. He'll even come off the bench and win it. Or if we only draw he says he feels the team let him down. 

He's an 8 every week so can't formally warn him over performances. But the young players coming through are now showing as moody and unprofessional. 

 

I'm stuck. Get rid and hope to find someone as good...or is there a way to drag him in line.
