Help Youth academy glitch

I was into my second season of Everton career mode , while entering into new season whenever I clicked on the youth development tab the game's just stopping to run ...if anyone had experienced same thing please let me know how you sorted it

Do you have any face pack for regen players? If so, delete it and reload the skin

I had the same problem. I just deleted that and it worked.
