Quick Qs regarding youth.

1) should you avoid playing them if they’re only 16. If you do play them regularly does it stunt or progress development ?

2) when training young players should you prioritise their physical stats first until they hit say 21 then focus on their technical skills etc.

3) doing a youth academy only save, does building up scouting knowledge of areas such as South America ever bring these nations players into your academy. Or is scouting a waste of time if your doing a youth academy only save ?

4) same question with affiliate clubs do you ever get say Scottish youth if you have a Scottish affiliate club ?

I can help you with 1 and 2

1) Try to intergrate him to your reserve team (much more game time, match experience helps a lot even at 16) , If he's good then you can promote him to first team like Lamine Yamal in my  oldsave (In my old save his stats are insane at 17 18, all technical + pace stamina teamwork stats 15 or above)

2) For me, my priorities for youth players are Technique => Physical stats (Pace>Stamina>Strength) => Teamwork in that order
